Cutting dies for the Gasket Industry

Diamex's Gasket dies can accomplish results that cannot be achieved by the wood based dies. It is perfect for hard-to-cut material in the gasket industry and converting industry.

Milled in Solid Steel

The blade is made from a solid block high carbon steel. It is milled by CNC machining centers and tempered to 54 hrc. The contour precision is +/- .002" or .05 mm. Superior precision and durability compared to a blade bent and inserted in a wood base.

Made from 1/8 or 3/16 Steel

Made from the best quality pre-sharpen. We carry a large variety of bevel types. The steel is much thicker than normal wood base die. All joints are welded with carbon steel.
